For those of you who don’t know, today is National Best Friend Day, which means today is dedicated to celebrating your closest friendships and showing your best buds how much they mean to you.
And we figured the best way you could celebrate today is by surprising your best friends with some homemade tea-infused summer treats. And there’s nothing quite as refreshing as a juicy popsicle on a hot summer’s day.
Which is why we’re excited to share this incredible recipe for raspberry and green tea infused popsicles with you! These delicious treats are not only incredibly easy to make, but they are full of antioxidants and anti-cancer benefits. Not to mention they are packed with, vitamin C, fiber, and other beneficial vitamins and minerals.
So start your summer, celebrate National Best Friend Day and take a walk down memory lane with this delicious popsicle recipe.
- 1 1/2 cups freshly brewed For Tea’s Sake Let’s Go Green Jasmine Green Tea (cooled)
-1 1/2 cups frozen or fresh raspberries
-1/3 cup of honey
-Pour the cooled green tea into a blender and then add the raspberries and honey.
-Blend until all of the ingredients become a liquid.
-This step is optional, but you can strain the liquid to remove the raspberry seeds if you you’d prefer. You can use a fine mesh strainer, over a large bowl. Pour liquid into a strainer and allow the liquid to strain out.
-Pour the blended liquid into popsicle molds and freeze.
-Freeze overnight, or until completely frozen.
