And with the business of our everyday lives sometimes all you need is a little quality ‘me’ time to get feeling like your old self.
So to help you get fresh and healthy skin, we wanted to share with you a really simple to make DIY body scrub that you can make at home. All you’ll need to do is a make a trip to your local health food store.
We already know that mint and green tea already have tons of benefits like increasing metabolism, encouraging weight loss, and lowering cholesterol. So why not add them together and make yourself an incredible body exfoliator.
-1 Cup sugar
-3 Tbsp. Epsom Salt
-2 Tbsp. Light Olive Oil
-2 Tbsp. Honey
-2 Tbsp. Loose-leaf For Tea's Sake ‘Mint Condition’ Peppermint Tea
-2 Tbsp. Loose-leaf For Tea’s Sake ‘Let’s Go Green’ Jasmine Tea
-6 Drops of Spearmint Essential Oil
-4 Drops of Vitamin E Oil
Mix all ingredients together and store in a glass or plastic re-sealable jar or container to keep it fresh!
