FREE SHIPPING: Orders of $50.00 or more (excluding taxes)
STANDARD SHIPPING: $5.00 for orders less than $50
*Expedited Shipping option requires a signature upon delivery

With every order you place we’ll include 2 complimentary Single Serving Packets of our Shades of Earl Grey and Mint Condition teas. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
FREE & STANDARD SHIPPING orders are delivered within 2-7 business days from the date your order is placed. We ship to the USA via USPS & to Canada via Canada Post.
Please note all orders are processed daily at 9 am EST. Orders placed after 9 am EST will be processed the next business day.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
At For Tea's Sake, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we offer a 100% refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. For purchases of loose leaf teas, the package must be returned unopened with the security seal intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.
WHERE DO YOU SOURCE YOUR TEAS?
For Tea’s Sake blends are globally sourced from tea farms throughout the world. To ensure nothing but the highest quality tea leaves are included with our blends we select only the top 5% of each crops’ yield. These quality teas are hand-blended with other natural ingredients such as fruits and herbs to deliver a truly satisfying and memorable tea experience.

CAN I SELECT WHAT TEAS OR ACCESSORIES I WANT TO INCLUDE IN A TEA SET?
Our Tea Sets are pre-packed and cannot be changed. Luckily, all of our teas and accessories are available individually making it easy to create your very own custom Tea Set when ordering each item individually.
HOW DO I BREW YOUR TEAS?
Measurements and steeping times vary by blend. Please refer to the instructions on your Tea Tin or Sachet for step-by-step instructions for that particular blend.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
CAN I ADD A PERSONAL NOTE TO MY ORDER?
At this time we do not offer personal notes on orders.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES?
Customers in the USA & Canada will NOT be subject to duties.
